How do I request a yacht quotation?
Use the quick form to send the date, whole-hour start time, duration, guest count, occasion, dining and extras to WhatsApp. The first message is an enquiry; no confirmed booking exists until the yacht and full scope are agreed in writing.
When is a booking confirmed?
It is confirmed after the yacht, date, start and finish times, boarding point, guest count, scope and total payment are approved in writing and the agreed advance payment is received.
Is Aden Yachting a TÜRSAB travel agency?
No. Aden Yachting is not registered as a travel agency with TÜRSAB and does not claim a TÜRSAB licence number. We do not sell flights, accommodation or package holidays. We plan private yacht or boat charters and the related cruise, dining and event elements. Services requiring separate authority are supplied by authorised independent providers.
What is the minimum charter duration?
Standard bookings start from two hours and may be planned up to twelve hours, subject to availability. Route, dining, guest count and event flow affect the recommended duration.
How are start times selected?
The request form offers starts on the hour. A recommended time may be adjusted for sunset, meal service, pier schedules or a special event.
How long are Bosphorus and Princes' Islands cruises?
A private Bosphorus plan often suits two to four hours. Princes' Islands and swimming programmes are usually considered within six to ten hours because of distance, stops and dining. The final route depends on weather, traffic, boarding point and yacht.
How is the charter price calculated?
The quotation depends on the yacht, date, duration, guests, route, pier, menu and extras such as décor, entertainment, photography and transfers. A reliable total requires the plan details.
Can we charter without food or bring our own?
A no-meal cruise is available. Ready-to-serve food and drinks may be accepted for some bookings, while cooking, tableware and service staff have separate conditions. Tell us what you plan to bring in advance.
Which dining options are available?
Breakfast, cocktail and dinner service may be arranged according to guest count and layout. Share allergies and vegetarian or vegan needs as early as possible.
Can décor and entertainment be added?
Flowers, table styling, celebration cake, photography, violin, a traditional music group, dance performance and, where suitable, a laser show may be considered. Supplier, vessel, date, safety and permission requirements must be confirmed first.
Are sparklers, flares or fireworks allowed?
Guests may not use open-flame, flammable or explosive products on board. Fireworks, laser or similar displays are considered only with a suitable location, current permissions, safety arrangements and a professional provider. The captain or operator may refuse an unsafe activity.
Can children join the cruise?
Yes. Provide their ages and number before booking so the yacht, boarding arrangements and lifejacket needs can be reviewed. Parents or carers remain responsible for supervision.
Which yacht capacity should we choose?
Consider seating, indoor shelter, service routes and event personnel, not just the headline passenger number. The final plan must comply with the vessel's authorised capacity and chosen layout.
Where do guests board?
Bebek and other suitable Istanbul piers are considered. The exact point depends on the vessel schedule, authorised pier use, route and any pier charge and is included in the written confirmation.
Can VIP road or speedboat transfer be added?
VIP vehicle transfer between airports, hotels, restaurants and piers, and speedboat transfer between suitable waterfront points and the Princes' Islands, may be considered. These services are not supplied directly by Aden Yachting. On request, guests are referred to an agreed TÜRSAB-member travel agency that arranges the transfer; the actual carriage may be performed by an appropriately authorised transport provider. Booking, contract, payment and performance are the responsibility of the relevant agency or provider. As there is no direct boat boarding at Istanbul's airports, the road and sea legs are arranged separately but in coordination.
Is the cruise cancelled by rain or bad weather?
Rain alone is not an automatic cancellation. The captain and operator assess wind, visibility, current, sea and pier conditions. An indoor-capable yacht, different route, time or date may be proposed. The captain makes the final operational safety assessment.
Does late arrival extend the cruise?
Guest delay does not automatically move the finish time and is deducted from the reserved duration. Extra time may be confirmed for an additional charge only if the yacht remains available. Arriving about 15 minutes early is recommended.
What are the cancellation and refund terms?
The written booking terms apply. There is no refund for a customer cancellation within the final 24 hours or a no-show. At its discretion, Aden Yachting may offer up to 50% of the yacht-charter amount as credit for a later eligible cruise; third-party costs are excluded. What information is provided before departure?
The final yacht, boarding location, host contact, start and finish times, remaining payment, menu, extras and key rules are shared in writing. Report any guest-count or programme change before departure.
