This policy applies to yat-kiralama.com.tr and the quotation, booking and customer communications handled by ADEN YACHTING TURİZM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ through the website, telephone, WhatsApp and email. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@adenyachting.com.tr.

Service scope and TÜRSAB disclosure

Aden Yachting is not registered as a travel agency with TÜRSAB and does not claim a TÜRSAB membership or licence number. This disclosure is intended to describe the service accurately and avoid any impression that TÜRSAB protection applies.

We do not sell airline tickets, accommodation, package holidays or travel-agency services through this website. Our scope is receiving private yacht or boat charter requests and planning the cruise, dining, event and equipment options. VIP vehicle and speedboat transfers are not supplied directly by Aden Yachting. On request, guests are referred to an agreed TÜRSAB-member travel agency that arranges the transfer; the actual carriage may be performed by an appropriately authorised transport provider. Booking, contract, payment and performance are the responsibility of the relevant agency or provider.

If our activities or the applicable rules change, we will not offer a newly regulated service before obtaining the required authorisation and will update this notice.

Information we may process

Depending on your request, the following categories may be processed. When the booking form is submitted, your selections are converted into a WhatsApp message; the website does not write the form entry to a separate customer database on its own server.

• Identity and contact details, such as name, telephone, email and preferred language
• Booking details, including date, time, duration, guest count, boarding point, route and yacht preferences
• Service details, including menus, dietary or allergy notes, decorations, transfers and extras
• Transaction and financial records, including quotations, contracts, payments, invoices and cancellations
• Security data, including IP address, browser, access time, error and security logs
• Other information you voluntarily include in a message or contract process

Collection methods and legal grounds

Data may be collected through the web form, WhatsApp, telephone, email, contracts, payments and direct communication. Processing may rely on taking steps toward or performing a contract, meeting legal duties, establishing or protecting rights and legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. Separate consent is requested where required.

Purposes of processing

Information is used only to the extent required by the request and applicable duties.

• Responding to enquiries and matching the yacht, route, duration and service scope
• Managing quotations, bookings, contracts, payments and invoicing
• Managing guest reception, piers, catering and events, and referring you to an agreed TÜRSAB-member travel agency if you request a transfer
• Managing safety, quality, complaints and disputes
• Meeting accounting, tax, authority and other legal requirements
• Sending marketing only where the required consent exists

Sharing information

Necessary and proportionate information may be shared with the selected yacht operator, captain or operations team, catering and event suppliers, transfer providers, payment and accounting services, IT and hosting providers, legal advisers and legally authorised public bodies. Each recipient should access only what is needed for its role.

An independent supplier may also act as a controller under its own privacy notice.

WhatsApp and international infrastructure

When you use WhatsApp, email, cloud infrastructure or another third-party service, that provider's terms and data practices may also apply. Transfers involving overseas infrastructure are handled through mechanisms required by applicable data-protection rules. Please avoid adding sensitive or unnecessary information to a WhatsApp message.

Retention and security

Personal data is retained for the time needed for quotation validity, the contractual relationship, accounting and tax duties, security records and potential disputes, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised as applicable. Reasonable technical and organisational measures include access controls, current systems, backups and role-based disclosure. No internet transmission method can provide absolute security.

Your rights and requests

Subject to Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may have rights to learn whether data is processed, request information, check purpose and recipients, seek correction, deletion or destruction, object to certain automated outcomes and request compensation for unlawful processing.

Send an identified request to info@adenyachting.com.tr with your name, the right you wish to exercise, your preferred response method and sufficient identity-verification information. Do not send more identity material than necessary.
