Choose departure time and duration together

The start time affects more than a preference for morning light: guests need time to reach the pier, the table must be prepared and the Bosphorus route must fit the service. Set the meeting time before departure and divide a cruise of at least two hours between welcoming, breakfast and scenery. Share the shoreline you hope to see when booking; the captain confirms the route according to duration and current marine conditions.

Keep the menu focused on the guest profile

A sharing breakfast needs a broad table and communal service, while plated portions may simplify service for larger groups. Report adult and child numbers, hot-food expectations, vegetarian or gluten-free requests and known allergies in advance. Confirm the listed dishes, drinks, policy for outside food and additions such as a cake in writing.

Plan the table around the yacht's real layout

Licensed capacity does not mean every guest can eat comfortably at one table. Review the seating plan, indoor salon, service aisles and areas suitable for children. Agree where breakfast will move during cool wind or a short shower. Small decorations that can be secured and leave room for service usually work better than large table pieces.
