How we plan it

Suitable speedboat, authorised pier and meeting options are assessed for point-to-point travel along Istanbul's waterfront. VIP vehicle and speedboat transfers are not supplied directly by Aden Yachting; on request, guests are referred to an agreed TÜRSAB-member travel agency that arranges the transfer. The actual carriage is performed by an appropriately authorised provider. As Istanbul's airports have no direct boat boarding, the road and sea legs are arranged separately but in coordination.

How a private sea transfer is planned

The departure point, destination, date, time, passenger count and luggage details are reviewed before matching the journey with a boat and suitable piers. A waterfront hotel or restaurant is not automatically accessible by private boat; permission and berthing conditions must be confirmed. The exact meeting point, guest reception details and boat information are shared before the booking is finalised.

Waterfront hotel and restaurant transfers

Hotels and restaurants on the Bosphorus or at other suitable waterfront locations may be reached by sea without relying on the road network for that part of the journey. Restaurant booking times, hotel check-in and guest reception are coordinated with the boat schedule. Access conditions vary by property, so a specific berth is never promised before confirmation.

Build the airport connection correctly

Neither Istanbul Airport nor Sabiha Gökçen Airport has a direct boarding point for a Bosphorus speedboat. The journey is arranged as a private vehicle transfer from the airport to a suitable pier, followed by the speedboat leg. The same structure can be used in reverse for departures. Because the road segment remains subject to traffic, a sensible time buffer is included and an unrealistic guarantee for the full journey is avoided.

Transfers between the Princes' Islands and the city

Private transfers can be considered between Büyükada, Heybeliada, Burgazada or Kınalıada and suitable points on Istanbul's European and Asian shores. For a hotel check-in, restaurant reservation, meeting or private event, the route is set according to permitted piers, current sea conditions and boat suitability. The sea leg is organised around the party rather than a public ferry timetable.

Boat, luggage and operating conditions

Boat selection involves more than passenger count. Safe seating, the number and size of bags, children or older guests, shelter needs and boarding conditions all matter. Night, winter or unsettled-weather journeys also require a review of equipment and alternatives. The captain makes the final operational assessment of the route and departure based on current weather and sea conditions.

Does Aden Yachting provide the transfer service?

No. Aden Yachting does not directly supply or sell VIP vehicle or speedboat transfers. On request, guests are referred to an agreed TÜRSAB-member travel agency. Booking, contract, payment and performance are the responsibility of that agency or the authorised transport provider.

Can we board a speedboat directly at the airport?

No. A vehicle takes guests from the airport to a pre-agreed suitable pier, where the speedboat transfer begins. The road and sea schedules can be coordinated.

Which hotels and restaurants can be reached by boat?

Properties with a suitable authorised pier or confirmed private-boat access may be considered. Access and berthing conditions are checked before booking.

Is the transfer time guaranteed?

An estimate can be provided, but sea traffic, weather, pier operations and road conditions on an airport connection prevent an exact time guarantee.

Can we bring luggage?

Yes. Share the number and approximate dimensions of bags in advance, as large or excessive luggage can affect boat selection and usable passenger capacity.

Are night or winter transfers possible?

They may be planned after reviewing boat equipment, visibility, pier conditions, current weather and sea state, subject to the captain's operational decision.

Once the date, start time, boarding point and guest count are confirmed, we present suitable yachts. The booking is completed after the yacht and service scope are approved in writing.
