Prepare a concise brief before booking

A portrait session, wedding shoot, product launch and corporate film require different layouts. List the expected deliverables, horizontal or vertical formats, crew and talent numbers, wardrobe changes and essential scenes. This brief helps determine the suitable yacht and duration. If logos, large products or special styling are involved, share their dimensions and setup time during the quote stage.

Choose the yacht for working space, not appearance alone

Cameras, lights, tripods, cases and crew occupy real deck space. Open deck width, indoor salon, power needs, walkways and a waiting area matter as much as the exterior design. Obtain approval before bringing large equipment and keep service and safe passage routes clear. Drones, external lighting and sound equipment must be discussed separately in advance.

Plan alternative frames for light, route and weather

Light and background change throughout a Bosphorus cruise. Sunrise, daylight, sunset and night work require different timing and equipment. Prepare alternatives using bridges, waterfront mansions, the skyline and yacht interiors rather than relying on one exact landmark. Marine traffic and current conditions may alter the route or speed. Crew, wardrobe and products should be ready before departure to protect shooting time.

Can we bring our own photography or video team?

An outside crew may join, but headcount, equipment, power requirements and setup must be reported and confirmed with the yacht team in advance.

How many hours should we reserve?

Duration depends on scene count, wardrobe or product changes, route expectations and crew size. A short brief allows preparation and cruising time to be estimated realistically.

Before booking

Once the date, start time, boarding point and guest count are confirmed, we present suitable yachts. The booking is completed after the yacht and service scope are approved in writing.
